Congratulations on deciding to apply to the Innovation Awards!
To register, you will need to fill out this form. All fields are required. Please read over the the requirements for each category to ensure that you qualify. Submitting false or inaccurate information may result in your disqualification.
You will also need to attach your business plan in PDF or Word format. If you have never started a business before, we strongly recommend that you peruse the resources at the Florida Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) websites before submitting your business plan, these in particular:
After submitting the form, you will then be redirected to PayPal to pay the non-refundable registration fee for the category you selected ($125 for Pre-Revenue, $250 for Post-Revenue, $50 for Veteran and Student).
Student applicants: is paying the entry fee a hardship? Email firstname.lastname@example.org and explain your situation. You may qualify for assistance.
Registration has been extended until February 28, 2017.
Pre- and Post-Revenue category winners must move to, expand to, or already be headquartered in one of the following Florida counties: Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Gulf, Wakulla or Franklin.

While we do not sign nondisclosure or confidentiality agreements in connection with submissions of business plans, all submitted business and business plan information shall be considered proprietary and confidential. None of this information will be publicly shared or disclosed by the organizers of the event.
